​I believe that social media is one of the most visual aspects of a company's reputation. Social media can greatly benefit or hurt a company. Therefore, I think it is of upmost importance that a company uses social media as a tool to gain and gage their success and failures. 



Client Research

Experience from my past internships has prepped me in the world of research. I enjoy finding as much information as I possibly can to better enhance my knowledge on a subject, which in turn can put either an agency or client ahead.

The University of Oklahoma has also secured my research skills by teaching me good methods and tools to use to find solid and reliable information.



Reputation Management

Companies face minor and major issues each day. Reputation management is something that I have successfully achieved at past internships; I thrive on the immediateness of the situation. I have a knack for understanding how to best address a difficult situation when time is of the essence.
